I might need to get anticipatory bail for alleged forged signatures charges, There is no evidence of this allegation. can my passport be impounded or I can be stopped from traveling to see my family in usa. I am usa citizen

To my knowledge, no American jurisdiction has anticipatory bail. Between that and your comments about visiting the U.S., it seems your question is about the laws of another country. But you have not identified that country, and you posted your question under California law.
