An appeal is for challenging a ruling or a decision in a lower court. Do you want to fight against the case being dismissed?!?

No.

Your request sounds bizarre, because you normally wouldn't want to appeal from a dismissal in your favor. Additionally, the rules of appellate procedure require a party to appeal from an order that they are aggrieved by. You are certainly not aggrieved by the dismissal.

It sounds, however, that you may be upset by something else that happened, other than the dismissal. If this is true, you may want to post a more specific question, or speak to an attorney about this issue.

I agree with the other attorneys. If the case against you was dismissed, you won and there probably isn't anything for you to appeal. There may be more to the story, though. Feel free to contact me if you want to discuss your situation further. I am a certified appellate specialist with over 15 years of experience in the field.
