looking to appeal
my husband was picked up on a warrent from 2000 he was charged with awdw put on probation warrent for desertion now has 4 years state prison pd didnt do the best job i was told there should have been a serna motion filed and a plea and sentincing on the same day he received the probation report shouldnt have happened amoung other things can i appeal his sentence

You can't appeal. He can appeal. He has 60 days from the date of the judgment to file his notice of appeal. The public defender should file the appeal for him.
