Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I appeared in court today Bellflower,Calif, per my bond contract. my name was not on the list to be heard in court today. went to DA's office clerk gave me a case # and a date to return 3 days later, told me to go back down to 1st floor to other clerks office to try and see if they could change to another date reason being I have to appear in Downey,Ca for another bond hearing same day as bellflower court hearing, they did not care or consider that I cant be 2 places at one time which is gonna cause a default of 1 of my bonds and bench warrant issued.... Solve that one Anthony Roach???

If one is a misdemeanor, other than a domestic violence case, you hire an attorney to appear for you.
You have that any charges, you should not be representing yourself.
