Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I am applying for a PC1203.4 in order to expunged my misdemeanor in CA. However, I want to fill out fee waiver because I am unemployed and do not have any income whatsoever. If I am twenty-two and is still dependent on my parents, am I allowed to submit my own income records or will I need to submit my parents? Thanks.
