Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
was arested for cvc10851. i had met a guy on monday partied with him for 3 days had an important erond to run he lent ne his car. i was pulled over and soon found out the car was stollen. what are my chances of beating this case

Not very good. Worse if you decide to represent yourself. Even worse if you represent yourself and get your legal strategy from the internet. Get an attorney. If you cannot afford one, ask for the public defender to be appointed.
