Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I was arested because they found a white powder on the floor they said was meth. Wene we get to the jail they do a strip searched on me so then I hand over a small amount of meth I had on me. I got two charges. They charged me for having methodone and for taking drugs in to the jail. Is it a wrongful search cause I never had methadone and that was the reason they arrested me.

You need to speak to an attorney in private. You are using the term "meth" interchangeably with methodone and crystal methamphetamine. Those are two different drugs.
