Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I am being arraigned on charges PC 4537, 182 (1) (A). Any ideas on what this charge could be plead down to? Is probation an option for a first time offender?

Probation is an option. However, it is impossible for anyone to provide meaningful advice without reviewing the police reports and other evidence.

You should talk to a criminal defense attorney in your area. If you can't afford to hire your own attorney, ask the judge at the arraignment date to appoint the Public Defender to represent you.
