can I be arressted if the police come into my house with a search warrent and do not find anything?

of course not unless the police have other evidence to arrest you independently of what they find.

Whether you are arrested depends upon many factors, and the search of your home is only one of them. If the police legally find evidence of your guilt anywhere they can use it against you, and you don't get a free pass simply because they find nothing in your home. (If the law worked that way then criminals could easily escape prosecution by destroying any evidence in their home or by moving it elsewhere.)
