Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
i was arrested 01/04/2013 .I then bailed out 2 days later. My court date was set for 01/28/2013 . I went to court the charges were not read to me because a complaint has not been filed. THEY JUST SET ME A NEW COURT DATE FOR 04/15/2013.I thought they had 72 hours to arrinqn me.

They only have to arraign you within 72 hours if you remain in custody. You stated you were released on bail before then, so that removed their legal requirement to arraign you.
