Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

i was arrested in cabazon ca because my boyfriend wife called the police and said i had dope and a gun the officer searched the truckand there wasnt any of the things she said i had on me and they arrested me for under the influence and a warrent but i had just went to court that week and if i had a warrant went wouldnt they have taken me to jail then

Sometimes they screw up. You need a lawyer and you need to talk to the lawyer about a Jones motion challenging the failure to arrest you on the warrant when you went to court.
