Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I was arrested for drugs cop said he seen me throw it but i have a friend who is willing to go to court and say that its his an he put it there the day before can i still be charged

This course of action could have a really bad outcome. The district attorney, police and court w ill most probably believe the police officers testimony that you threw down the drugs. Then your friend could be charged with perjury and the two of you charged with conspiracy to commit a felony. Which would make your situation even worse than it is now. Discuss your defenses with your attorney and follow your attorney's advice.
