An emergency protective order is not a crime and therefore you shouldn't be arrested for that. However you could be arrested for VIOLATING a restraining order. Yes, especially if it was entered into the statewide Domestic Violence Restraining Order System (DVROS) through CLETS, and the entry included information that you were notified about the order. Unsuspecting law enforcement may rely on the information in the DVROS to arrest you for violation of the order.
