Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I was arrested for a felony and let go 3 days later with out seeing the judge. Why?

Obviously they'd didn't file charges against you. It could be that they think there is no case or they are still investigating an will file later.

I agree with Mr. Dane. Since they did not file charges, they had to release you, since they would have had to arraign you within 48 hours of your arrest, not including weekends and holidays.

you may get a letter later giving you a new court date, or you may get arrested later, or neither may happen ... having an attorney manage it for you will make the arrest very unlikely. You can talk to some local criminal defense attorneys about your options. Good luck!
