im not sure

hi i was arrested on a loriting and Prostitution charge as well as a Illegal narcotics( 1 extasy pill) i served 4 days and bailed out. this is my 1st time catching these kind of cases. the officers ( a women) took my phone and was going threw it and someone called and left a voicemail stateing he wanted sex. i never talked to this person. i wasent prostituting i was waiting for my ride to a night club. so my question is what should i do. what will happen and if found gilty how long will i serve? this all took place in santa clara county. also i do massages and i posted on a new sight and i guess i posted in the erotic part? the cops looked it up and printed out my ad as evedence. my court date is on thursday please someone help me,

You're looking at potential felony charges for the possession and misdemeanor prostitution charges. You may or may not be eligible for a diversion type program for the drug charge, but it depends on whether they think you were going to furnish drugs to another person, making you ineligible for diversion.

You need to hire an attorney that can look into the search of your phone, the admissibility of your erotic services posting and the facts of the case as set forth in the police reports.
