i was arrested for possesion of stolen property and i wasnt aware it was stolen. what can i do to fight the case? i am on parol. what are my rights?

You need to get a criminal defense attorney. This will trigger a revocation of parol. If you are charged with a violation of Penal Code section 496 subd. (a), the prosecution must prove that you possessed stolen property, and that at the time that you obtained the property you knew it was stolen. The prosecution can prove your knowledge by tracing your association with the people who gave you the property, and obtaining testimony from others against you.
