Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I was arrested for possession of sales of marijuana, after the police took me in the arresting officer told me to write a false statement saying "I'm sorry and I did it because my family was on hard time" he also said it would be the easiest way to go about this. What should I do now? Can I take the false statement back?..Can i get off because I use marijuana medicinally?
