Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

If I got arrested 4/30/2011 and then released 05/05/2011, yet according to the court records they show that I was cite released on 5/17/2011, along with when I was in court on 5/20/2011 in one department the court also had me in another department listed as in custody and in court. my question is i9s this legal. Can they do this and what can I do about these gfalse records.?

I go to court in the morning your help is shighly appreciated thank please just direct me in the right direction. Thank you Dina

p.s. this is also related to a drug case that I never had drugs possession on me. how can they file for that when they never had no drugs.
