Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I got arrested for residential burglary in California and served 6 months in jail, I am now on probation for 2 years, I have served one year already, I have no other felonies or crimes but this one, am I eligible of getting my felony reduced to a misdemeanor with the new prop 47 law being passed?

Sorry, but residential burglary is not affected by Prop 47.
