Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I was arrested for the first time in february for 11350a and 11377a. I pled guilty and was put into PC1000. I will successfully complete the program on august 11. My questions are: will I be on formal probation? when will the charges be dismissed? and typically are people permitted to leave california if they sucessfully finish the program? My family is from New York, I have no job and no place to live. Thank you so much for taking time to answer.

I am so sorry you have no job and no place to live.

I don't know without looking at the court file in your case whether you will be on formal or informal probation after your PC1000 ends. My best guess is you won't be, but to be sure you should visit the court clerk's office and view your case file.
