The DISPOsition of the arrest was that the PROSecutor RELeased you, deeming the arrest a DETention ONLY, in the INTEREST OF JUSTICE. Put another way, your arrest was deemed to be only a detention, not an arrest, and that ended the matter. A detention is less serious than an arrest. There was no prosecution so there cannot be a conviction. And an arrest not followed by a conviction cannot be used against you for any reason or purpose.
