hello i got arrested over a year ago for the posetion of a narcotic in this case cocaine it was stupid of me i know but i had never gotten in trouble with the law my record is clean but i happen to hang out with the wrong people and be at the wrong place at the wrong time so i can blame anybody else but me but what we got cought with was hardly anything but can't lie it was cocaine it was under the gram so now i'm undergoing this drug program which costs me a lot of money that i can't afford plus drug test and meetings almost everyday i'm also a full time student at freso state and work a full time job and i get no helps from the government is very difficult for me to accomplish this i don't have time and it stress me out cause school is my priority i feel depressed all the time i can't sleep or eat cause i don't have time so is there anyother way i can take care of this or maybe get it reduced to a misdeminaur i never did harm to anybody my record shows it just mest up one time

Unfortunately, the case is over and you lost. I agree that what you are going through for under a gram of cocaine is completely ridiculous, but you agreed to it.
It sounds like you're in a diversion program under Penal Code �1000, which gives first-time drug offenders a chance to avoid a conviction. You enter a guilty plea and the judge puts off sentencing for 18 months to three years. If you comply with the program requirements and stay out of trouble, the case is dismissed; if you screw up, the judge accepts the plea and you're a convicted felon.
Your priorities are wrong. If completing the program means taking time off from school and getting a job to pay the fees, then do it. That's a lot better than completing your degree, but being unable to get a decent job because you have a felony on your record.
You can always go back to school, but you only have one shot at this program. You can also take a few classes at a community college along the way; I'd suggest a writing class to help you with grammar & punctuation.
