arrested/possession for sale

My 21 yr old son was arrested for possession of sales of marijuan. He and two other frineds were at a local park smoking marijuana. He had 3 grams of marijauna individually packaged in his possession. Police approached them (due to the odor) My son was arrested and is now being charged with 11359hs(poss marijuan/sales)He has never been arrested B4. Booked and release on his OR. Court date set for the end of May.We are told he will get a PD who should get it reduced to a misd. poss. But what then??

Get your son a defense attorney--NOW. It will not cost as much now as it may in the future. Good luck.

Do not abandon your son to the PD. Get him a private lawyer if you can. Lots of 21-year olds catch minor but potentially serious busts like this. How it is handled may determine whether he may ever be able to get a job.
