Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

arresting charges lowered but can i still be charged with them

heres the deal i was arrested and charged with first degree asult and burglary but lack of evidence dropped them to a strike and the lesser of burlary charges... is it possible to later be charged with my arresting charges even after sentencing
