You and your boyfriend are each going to need lawyers right away. Admitting that the drugs, etc. were yours was very unwise, and if you did it thinking you would protect the boyfriend it obviously didn't work. (And the fact that he wasn't arrested at the scene does not bar a subsequent arrest and/or prosecution.)

Possession of drugs is not the same thing as ownership, and two people can simultaneously possess the same drugs. You can both be tried and convicted.

Get yourself a lawyer, and make sure your boyfriend gets one too. If you can't afford a lawyer one will be appointed for you at public expense. Until you have an attorney be sure to say *nothing* about the drugs to anyone except the lawyers you consult about the case.

You and your boyfriend each need your own attorney. Your defense is definitely in conflict with your boy friend's defense. Do not attempt to proceed with this case by using a single attorney to represent both of you.

Assuming that you were appointed/had counsel on your court date? you and counsel will have to independently discuss your defense...execpt with counsel, you have the right...and the requirement to not discuss the case with anyone else.
