Assisting a parole violator out of state
If a NJ resident went to California to assist a person in violation of parole and probation to leave the state and provide the money to transport them to NJ (reciprocal states???) what penalty would the assisting person be subject to in his or the parolee's home state?

You would be an accessory to the Federal crime of interstate flight to avoid prosecution.
