began freaking out and kicking in back of police car

he did no damage to police car, arrested him, charged

with old warrent and they added assualt on police

offficer because of the car. Friend put in physic

stitched friend tells nurse he hopes those cops get

hurt as bad as him, nurse tells cops, cops chardge

friend with making terrorist threats. Friend also is

caregiver for handicapped wife. Are these chardges

Re: Assualt on police

Your friend is in a very serious situation. It is certainly possible that these charges may "stand up" at trial. Rermember that it is the prosecutor/grand jury who brings the charge and the petit or trial jury that determines guilt or innocence. All of their decisions are basedon their own perception of events. It is a defense lwyers job to shape that perception. Your friend needs experienced legal assistance. Contact us immediately for a free consultation. 1-800-327-4652
