Can an Attorney decide to resign from a case after I paid him to represent me
I Hired an Attorney for my crimminal case,after the first hearing he said it was keeping him too busy amd he is no longer representing me.Is that legal

He cannot just walk away from your case. However, you should seriously consider retaining another attorney. Start looking for an attorney immediately and if you have not retained an attorney before the next court date ask the court for time to retain an attorney. You should also request a refund of any money paid to the attorney. If you have not paid the attorney fee then he is justified in requesting to be released.
