Attorney Fee

The last time I checked my son had 5 felony charges against him. It changes from 4 to 8 almost adaily. He has a public defender and he's not doing a thing. I live on a limited income and can't afford an attorney. What can i do to get him some help.

First is to just talk to the Public Defender and get the facts. They can explain general items to you. You are not the client thus the client has to approve any case facts being discussed with you, which may or may not occur? Some local bar or legal aid type association may also answer some of your questions.
