Attorney married to cop on stand during trial?

During our drug trial the prosecuting attorney was married to the head of the narcotics dept. that raided us. She also questioned him on the stand. Thanks

Were you aware of the relationship between the da and the cop when he testified? If you were aware of this fact you may have waived any objection.
