attorney neglience
our courts have allowed my atorney to keep on practicing even though she was under investigation for several felony offense herself and they knew it. she represented me for almost a year and was no help

Being "under investigation" for crimes is not enough to support suspending or disbarring a lawyer. A conviction of certain types of crimes will support such punishment, as will proof to the Bar that the attorney engaged in certain types of misconduct. The fact that an accusation is being investigated by some other entity is not proof that the accusation is true.
