Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I have the audio video from a police car and I need the audio to proove a police lied on the police report about my arrest but there is no audio. I believe tyhe cop edited so the would not happen. Is there anything i can do about that. The police report says there is audio video but the audio doesnt begin until we get to the police report and i know that the audio triggers the video in the police car so how is it that the audio mysteriously isnt there until the we arrive at the police staition? thanks for your feedback.
