Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I was awakened by an officer and my pulse was tested. The officer claimed my pulse was a little fast and eventually testing my pulse again after I had allowed my luggages to be searched. I know that the blood test resulted in no unprescribed drugs unless there was a weak second hand smoke. What are my rights?

You've left out some important information.
Were you arrested? If so, for what? Under the influence? Of what? Possession? Of what?
If you are asking if you were mistreated and have a lawsuit, it's impossible to tell from what little you wrote.
If you are facing charges, you need a good criminal defense attorney. I'd strongly suggest you find someone who focuses on criminal law and who routinely practices in the court where this case will be heard.
As Mr. Dane has pointed out, you haven't given us enough information.
Here's a basic fact we don't know: Where were you when the officer woke you? How did he get there? For that matter, how did *you* get there? Your rights will be very different, for example, if he broke into your house and found you in your own bed vs. if you broke into someone else's house and were found there.
You also haven't told us whether you gave permission for the officer to take your pulse or to have your blood tested. You haven't told us whether you're on probation, whether there was reason to suspect you of a crime, or even if you're an adult.
If you are facing charges or if charges seem likely, you should consult privately with a lawyer ASAP. And you should tell her a lot more than you have told us.
