My daughter was arrested on saturday night for assault with a deadly weapon when she got in a fight with her boyfriend, and has another case in another county on tuesday. What

happens if she doesn't appear? She's

trying to get PROP. 36.

If she doesn't appear in court a warrant for her arrest will be issued by the court. If you can get her out on bail prior to the next court appearance, make sure she appears in court. If she will still be in custody on the day of her next court appearance then notify the court that she is in custody and which jail she is held in custody.
