Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
HEllo my name is azurrae Valenzuela and my husband recently went to jail on Friday at 130 in the morning well my question is we went to west valley jail in California with my cousin to put money on her husband books as we went in not knowing he could go to jail for that as we drove back out they pulled us over and took him out the car and told him he was going to jail for a felon being on prison grounds so I'm trying to find out he has court tomorrow and trying to see what our how long could he get for something like this I think its bullcrap because he didn't know we went all the time and never pulled him over this is he's first time
