Getting back property seized out of my house?

I need to find out how to get court order for my property that sherriff dept took from my house after an arrest with no search warrant they ransack everything and took everything of any value and seized it for evidence.I was arrested away from house for shoplifting they came to my house after for socalled welfare check on my children they didn't believe I had a boyfriend at home. He was here they arrested him on children endanderment saying no food or diapers . I had food and diapers my house was messy but not nasty or unlivable I have 4 kids warrant,the

I can't tell if charges have been filed from what you've told me.

When charges are filed you can speak to the D. A. about recovering your property. If no charges are forth coming you'll have to speak to the police. And they'll return your property. You may have to call the police and D. A.'s office a few times to track the case.
