Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
bad check
how can i solve the problem. my friend deposited a few check into my bank its her moms check but all of those check bounce and i issue quite a bit of checks to some place that she went to shop.and now those the people who i wrote the check wants their money.and i think that they file charges against me. and now my friend won't help me out but left me with all the burden. and those checks that she deposited are large some of money.can some one please help me out. i don't want to go to jail for something that wasn't really my fault and the only thing is that the problem happened in california.
