bad checks
I made out two chechs for 1500.0 dallars on a cloesed acct. for a down payment on a truck. the checks are in my name only, but my mother sing with me on the loan, could she be chaged for the checks also?

Unless she knew you were going to pay with bad checks, your mother did not commit a crime. It is thus very unlikely she will be charged criminally when and if you are.
However, she can be forced to pay the $1,500 you didn't pay, along with the rest of the loan balance if your loan agreement included an acceleration clause -- which it probably did.
