Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
bad neighbors
My neighbors have a eleven year old son that is constantly harasing me and my son.The parents dont care about my complaints about him. Yesterday the boy threw a firecracker at my house and I called the cops, they spoke to the parents and it made them furious. The child has told other kids he will get revenge. As for the parents well they just stare at our house all day. My question is can I do anything to stop this.
