Is bail still active during an appeal?
If I am out on bail and found guilty of a crime, is my bail still active until the appeal decision or am i remanded immediately after sentence has been passed?

Re: Is bail still active during an appeal?
Unless the court sets bail and allows you to remain out of custody pending appeal you will go to jail while your appeal is pending. Your present bail bond may but does not have to continue to post your bail.
