Bail Bondsman Issue
BOND US##-###### EXONERATED. What does it mean when you are given this at your court hearing? Do you still have to pay the bail bondsman?

Yes. "Exonerated" just means that the bond is no longer needed or required by the court. But you got what you contracted for by having the bond in place UP TO THAT TIME, right? So why shouldn't you pay what you agreed? It's kind of like renting a car and then returning it and asking if you still have to pay for the rental.
