bail

my boyfriend is being held in santa cruz county jail on a ten thousand dollar bond that has already been posted by a local reputable bondsman . I bond in my possession, can I get him out ?

If he is being held after the bond has been posted, there is probably another warrant that is causing him not to be released. Go the jail with the bond and ask why he has not been released. If the jail has made a mistake he should be released at that time.
