Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I am out on bail and first court date that was appointed to me they didn't have me on calendar said d.a. hadn't picked up charges or just behind on paper work they said if I don't hear nothing back within 3 weeks the courts will exonerate my bail so that meaning they are no longer reliable for me going to court.... so it was past 3weeks and to my knowledge they exonerated my bail but I have court pretty soon and was wondering would they reprimand me in court?

You mean remand you to custody? That is the term the judge uses when you are placed in custody, like jail. Whether or not you are remanded to custody depends on whether or not you show up for all of the court hearings, what the charges are, whether you are a flight risk, and whether the district attorney wants your bail increased.

An attorney would have to review the entire underlying case to properly advise you.
