I am on bail for a felon with a fire arm. On my court date the District Attorney had not received the case. Can the police rearrest me with no new charges?

They're not going to rearrest you with no charges. They can arrest you on the old charge, or even add charges. Did you get a lawyer, or are you winging this one on your own too?
