bail info
I sighned over the title to my trailor to a bail bondsman and when i went to court the judge said my bail was exhaunerated. what does that mean and can i get the title back now?

Yes. Exoneration of bail: good. Forfeiture: bad.
As a practical matter, the bondsman will be notified by the clerk and he will know how to get you your collateral back, fair and square. It will probably take a matter of weeks, but you can speed the process if you need to by calling the bondsman and notifying him. If you have trouble, contact an attorney who can assist.
