Bail Payment
If someone misses a payment on their bail loan...what happens? Do they go back to jail?

Most of the time, the judge will not order jail time just because you missed payments to the bondsman. Only if you fail to appear in court.

The agreement you made with the bail bondsman is a contract. They agree to leave the bond in place if you keep up your payments. If you're in breach of your end of the deal, they can cancel the bond and surrender you to the court & back to jail you go.
You need to get things straightened out with the bail company ASAP.
