right on bail
If someone is out on bail and they get pulled over, do the police have the right to search their car without their permission and can anything they found be used as evidence.

The fact that a person is out on bail should not be revelant to the issue of the validity of the search. The police have broad power to search automobiles, as they ar mobile and can easily be moved and evidence lost. The police must have probable cause to justify the search.
