No bail
My sister tested dirty and she is on probation why does she not have a bail just a court date ?

Bail is for people whose cases are still pending -- in other words, those who haven't pled guilty or been either acquitted or convicted. If your sister is on probation then she either pled guilty or was convicted. Either way, she is not eligible for bail.

Felony probation violations are commonly held "no bail" as they are post conviction cases...bail may be allowed after a hearing even for probation violations but it is entirely discretionary with the Court...generally meaning "no bail"
