Re: bail?

If the bail bondsman is not paid in accordance with the terms between him and your ex-wife, he may either withdraw the bond or send a 'recovery agent' to pick up your son and take him back to jail. If he withdraws the bond, then a warrant will issue for your son's arrest and he will be back in the box, unfortunately.

Your best bet is to work it out with the bail bondsman and make sure he is paid in full. Your son's criminal case is significantly helped by keeping him out of jail.

Best of luck.

Re: bail?

Work with the bondsman. Make a payment plan if you have to. Do not risk having your son thrown into custody.
