Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Bail
a warrent went out for him (my brother)for violation of probation and they went to his house and picked him up. That was last thurs night. Since this is a holiday weekend, he wont go to court until tues. If we bail him out is his court date rescheduled? or will he still go on tues?
